Hinders Realty was great from the first meeting through the final documents. Dave was very thorough in helping us make a plan to sell, deciding on the listing, and tracking documents. Naomi was great in helping us stage the house while keeping in mind our budget and helping us with the paperwork. Both of them were always available to answer questions ranging from as simple as choosing a paint color, to what complicated documents meant. David of Hinders Realty was the best. As soon as we contacted him with our desire to sell our home, he sat down with us and came up with a game plan with dates and things that needed to be done to prepare our house for the market. He kept in touch with us almost daily, asking how preparations were going, getting our house listed, emailing us comps in our neighborhood, and, if available, would lend a hand if needed. Communication was his biggest strength. He always kept us current when our house was being shown, and especially when our house was under negotiation and eventually under contract. As our house was being sold in Virginia, we moved to the west coast, but that didn’t deter David from keeping us daily updated on the sale and settlement of our home.
